Lily was raised in a home as a pet pig and the people who she shared her life with loved her very much. Unfortunately her humans did not realize that municipal bylaws prevented them from keeping what was classified as a “farm animal” in the area that they lived. Their municipal animal control officer gave them an order – either find her a new home or the township would remove her.
